This Tudor Style Building has been on the Pier as long as I can remember.  It was "New Tony's" for a while, and is now home to RIZ, and French - Japanese fusion restaurant.  I've eaten there a few times and if you have a nice quiet evening to plan, and are not afraid to spend a few dollars for the added ambience, then you won't be disappointed.  The food menu stretches from "California Cuisine, Sushi, and French Favorites" with an assortment of specials (depending on the night of the week)...
